CRM was tasked with taking NVidia’s Customer Support Knowledge Base and improve the customer experience.
With the launch of their new SHIELD product line, Nvidia anticipated the need to restructure their Customer Support site. While traditionally known for their superior graphics cards, these new gaming and Android TV devices saw the emergence of a new customer with a different set of support needs.
The challenge was to redesign their Customer Portal site, making it more intuitive for the casual gamer, while maintaining ease of use for the more hardcore gamers the NVidia brand has always attracted. At the same time it had to be accessible to their existing customer base. CRM needed to design a site using Oracle’s Service Cloud product, that surfaces information to meet the needs of both users without bogging down the site or making the pages too content-heavy.
